We think its pretty clear on where it stands amongst its peers in terms of strength, a very targeted performace product. Great for those with stubborn hair and of course those with the unnecessary need to use a product of this strength.
Directions for use
Apply to completely dry hair to achieve maximum hold, texture and a semi matte finish. For best results, emulsify well between palms until completely clear prior to applying to the hair.
